Why Choose Our Aluminum Single Panel?
We handle cutting, CNC carving, perforation, bending, forming, and surface treatment in-house. This gives us better control over each production stage and helps reduce quality inconsistencies caused by multiple outside suppliers.
Whether you need conventional flat panels or single-curved, double-curved, arc-shaped, and column-cladding panels, our manufacturing team can coordinate different fabrication processes within the same production workflow. This helps reduce the need for onsite modification and secondary processing.
We control the process from drawing confirmation and dimensional fabrication through final inspection. By checking key dimensions and processing details before shipment, we aim to reduce dimensional deviations and make installation and panel matching easier at the project site.

Professional Aluminum Panel Supplier
Verixor has been deeply involved in the aluminum panel industry for many years. We understand common project issues such as shallow carved patterns, inaccurate perforation sizes, and irregular panels that do not match the approved drawings.
We use high-quality aluminum alloy substrates and apply CNC cutting and carving according to the pattern lines, creating clear edges and more defined carved layers. Perforated aluminum panels can be customized by hole shape, size, and arrangement to reproduce your design accurately.
For complex shapes, we can manufacture single-curved, double-curved, arc-shaped, and column-cladding aluminum panels according to your drawings. Carving and perforation processes can also be combined for more customized designs, reducing onsite modification and secondary processing.
From drawing confirmation and dimensional fabrication to final inspection, we control each processing stage according to your project requirements. This helps reduce dimensional deviations and onsite adjustments, allowing the aluminum panels to fit your overall design more accurately.

Better Surface Preparation for Long-Lasting Coating
Our aluminum single panels undergo six alkaline washing processes followed by two silane treatments before fluorocarbon coating. This multi-step surface preparation helps create a cleaner and more stable substrate for coating, improving coating adhesion and overall surface consistency. You get a smoother, more uniform finish with better long-term surface performance, helping reduce concerns about premature coating failure, peeling, and frequent maintenance in exterior applications.

Keep Your Aluminum Facade Looking New for Longer
When you invest in exterior aluminum panels, you don’t want fading colors, chalking surfaces, or frequent maintenance to affect your building’s appearance. Our aluminum single panels use a KYNAR500-based fluorocarbon coating to provide strong resistance to UV exposure, heat, cold, and outdoor weather. You get a more durable surface that helps retain its original color and finish, reducing concerns about premature aging and costly exterior maintenance.

Aluminum Single Panels Are Applicable to Multiple Scenarios

Commonly used in office buildings, stadiums, hotels, shopping malls, high-speed rail stations, hospitals, and other indoor ceilings and exterior walls, it reduces noise and allows for ventilation. It also has artistic features, and when combined with perforations of different colors and shapes, it can enhance the building’s sense of layering and modernity.

It is widely used in indoor ceilings in public spaces such as airports, subways, office buildings, and shopping malls. It is easy to install and disassemble, and it facilitates future maintenance of pipelines.

It can be used for indoor ventilation ceilings, as well as building exteriors, shop fronts, and interior partitions. It is transparent and beautiful, and can also be used for exterior facade sunshade decoration.

Used for the exterior facades of various buildings such as office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, and cultural and tourism venues, it is weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

Suitable for curved facades such as grand theaters, high-speed rail station canopies, park art facades, and cultural and tourism venues; custom-designed artistic shapes, such as hyperbolic arcs, are also available.

Commonly used in shopping malls, high-speed rail stations, hospitals, and other indoor ceilings and exterior walls, it reduces noise and allows for ventilation. It also has artistic features, and when combined with perforations of different colors and shapes, it can enhance the building’s sense of layering and modernity.

Suitable for ceiling installation in large public buildings such as cinemas, stadiums, and convention centers; provides sound and heat insulation; resistant to deformation even when installed over large areas.

Suitable for hotel lobbies, scenic area entrances, and commercial exhibition hall background walls, featuring CNC hollowed-out patterns for outstanding artistic decorative effects.
For everyday dust and oil stains on aluminum panels, simply wipe with water and a soft cotton cloth. For stubborn stains, use a neutral aluminum-specific cleaner. Do not use steel wool or hard abrasive tools, as these can easily scratch the fluorocarbon paint. It is also not recommended to use strong acid or alkali cleaning solutions.
Our column cladding aluminum panels are available in both seamless and seamed versions. Seamed cladding undergoes various processes, including cutting, folding, bending, welding, reinforcement, grinding, and spraying, resulting in excellent weather resistance, a variety of colors, and superior decorative effects. Seamless column cladding uses a fluorocarbon coating, ensuring long-lasting color and gloss, strong corrosion resistance, and features lightweight, high-strength, good rigidity, and easy processing, while meeting environmental protection requirements.
Our hook-and-loop aluminum panels can be flexibly designed to fit the specific needs of the space, and can be installed and removed by hand without any tools, making them flexible and easy to use. The unidirectional parallel keel hook-and-loop structure ensures a tighter and smoother seam.
Our carved aluminum panels can be customized with patterns. They are formed using CNC bending and other technologies according to the dimensions, shape, and structure designed on-site, ensuring flatness and no deformation. On the basis of fluorocarbon spraying, a grid with a consistent size and proportion is made, and personalized customization is also available.
Expanded aluminum panels are made into a metal mesh structure through a special manufacturing process, making the ceiling more stylish and transparent, with a strong three-dimensional effect, and enhancing the modernity of the building.
Our corrugated sheets have a 0.8-1.5mm thick aluminum sheet surface coated with fluorocarbon resin, featuring long service life, strong adsorption capacity, good gloss, aging resistance, and colorfastness. They can be used for large decorative panels without deformation, are easy to clean, come in a variety of colors, and offer good sound and heat insulation. They meet Class A fire resistance standards. Suitable for large modern public buildings such as theaters, concert halls, exhibition halls, and stadiums.
