Why Choose Our Stainless Steel Pipe?
Diameter, wall thickness, pipe length, and profile can be adjusted according to your drawings, making the pipes easier to match with your structure and installation requirements.
From raw material verification to forming, polishing, and finished-product inspection, multiple checkpoints help identify dimensional, surface, and production issues before shipment.
We can coordinate production, inspection, packaging, and delivery according to your order quantity and project schedule, making customized stainless steel pipe procurement easier to manage.

Professional Stainless Steel Pipe Supplier
When you source stainless steel pipes for an engineering project, you may face problems such as inconsistent material quality, unsuitable pipe sizes, or poor surface finishing. These issues can make installation more difficult and increase maintenance costs later. With over 10 years of experience in stainless steel pipe manufacturing, Verixor understands these challenges and provides practical solutions for different project requirements.
We offer 304 and 316 stainless steel pipes in standard 6-meter lengths, with customized diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths available to better match your project. Every pipe comes with a 520# precision-polished finish. This polishing process helps improve corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and salt spray resistance, giving you better surface quality and helping reduce long-term maintenance costs.
To help you keep the pipes in good condition, we also provide practical stainless steel maintenance guidance. Avoid using hard scouring pads, steel wool, wire brushes, or acidic and abrasive cleaners, as these may scratch or damage the surface. For daily cleaning, simply use soapy water or a damp cloth.

Verified 304/316 Stainless Steel Pipes for Reliable Quality
When you source stainless steel pipes for your project, inconsistent raw materials can affect strength, appearance, and long-term performance. We use 304 and 316 stainless steel and check the material composition with German-imported spectrometers before production. We also carry out 16 quality checks throughout manufacturing, including raw material testing,tube-forming die inspection, and production auxiliary material testing. This helps you get more consistent pipes, reduce quality risks, and keep your installation running smoothly.

520# Fine Polishing for Better Corrosion Resistance
If your stainless steel pipes are used outdoors, in humid areas, or in demanding engineering projects, corrosion and maintenance can become long-term concerns. Our pipes come standard with a 520# precision-polished surface. The pipes are processed through dedicated polishing procedures to create a smooth, bright, and refined finish while improving surface protection. This helps enhance corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and salt-spray resistance, so you can maintain a cleaner appearance for longer and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
Why Choose Verixor As Your Stainless Steel Pipes Partner?

Verixor has over 10 years of experience in stainless steel pipe manufacturing and operates a 10,000+㎡ production facility. We manage the main production stages in-house, from material preparation and tube forming to polishing, inspection, and packing. We use German-imported spectrometers to test raw materials and carry out 16 quality checks during production, including annealing monitoring and tube-forming die inspection. This means fewer outside production links, clearer quality control, and better consistency from one order to the next.
Stainless Steel Pipes for Multiple Applications

Stainless steel square and rectangular pipes are suitable for reinforcing door and window frames, providing auxiliary support for curtain walls, creating balcony safety nets, and constructing skylight frames, offering wind resistance and corrosion resistance.

Corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel pipes are suitable for road structures, municipal guardrails, landscape fencing, and decorative components in transportation hubs such as high-speed rail stations, airports, and train stations. They offer low maintenance costs for outdoor use.

Smooth-walled, hygienic stainless steel round pipes are suitable for potable water supply lines, equipment circulation pipes, and food processing lines. They resist acid and alkali corrosion, ensuring safe and sanitary transportation.

Stainless steel square and rectangular pipes are suitable for assembly line equipment supports and protective guardrails. They feature simple structural welding, corrosion resistance in humid environments, and can be reused after disassembly.
We use 304 and 316 grades, which do not rust under normal use. If rust spots appear, they are most likely caused by surface contamination from dust, iron particles, or acids and alkalis. In coastal or heavily polluted areas, we recommend cleaning and maintenance every three months.
Substances such as lime water, wall paint strippers, stove cleaners, and strong acid cleaners containing methylene oxide must be strictly kept away from the stainless steel surface. If accidental contact occurs, immediately rinse the area with plenty of soapy water and clean water.
If glue or adhesive residue remains on the stainless steel pipe, it can be removed using alcohol or organic solvents (such as ether or benzene) mixed with warm water. However, if the adhesive has been exposed to light and air for an extended period and has hardened, mechanical cleaning with 800-1200 grit sandpaper and toothpaste is recommended.
The choice mainly depends on the application environment. 304 stainless steel is suitable for many general architectural, industrial, and indoor applications. 316 stainless steel offers higher resistance to chloride and salt exposure, making it a better choice for coastal areas, marine environments, or projects with more demanding corrosion requirements. We can recommend the appropriate grade based on your actual installation environment.
Packaging can be selected according to pipe size, surface finish, quantity, and transportation method. Protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratches and friction during handling and shipping. For polished stainless steel pipes, additional surface protection is recommended to help maintain the finished appearance until the products reach the project site.
